What is muesli?
Muesli is a great nutrient-dense super food! It's a mixture of raw oats, dried fruits, nuts and seeds. It's very versatile - you can eat it raw with milk like other breakfast cereals, sprinkled over yogurt and/or fruit, soaked in the fridge overnight, warmed up like an oatmeal or even use it as a great textured topping for salads, soups and desserts! It's just as convenient as regular breakfast cereal or granola, but not loaded with added sugars, fats or unpronounceable ingredients and it's minimally processed.

What ingredients are
in our muesli?
Our muesli ingredients vary from one blend to another. Our Classic Blend contains raisins, apricots, almonds, pumpkin seeds and a hint of spicy cardamom. Our Thirteen Blend represents the thirteen of us, and hits all of our flavour expectations: banana chips, dried mangos, coconut and decadent chocolate! Would it hit yours? We also offer a Seasonal Blend, which changes from season to season. Get it while it lasts!

We are the first artisan muesli company in Ottawa and the first youth food-based social enterprise in Ottawa! We pride ourselves in delivering you the best product using local raw organic oats, and other local, organic ingredients. We hand-blend our muesli in small batches for quality control and optimal freshness. We hope you enjoy our muesli and mission as much as we do!

We are a social enterprise for youth under the umbrella of the Parkdale Food Centre in Ottawa ON. This year-long project that started in August 2015 is an entrepreneurial training program for teens aged 14-18. With the help and support of a team of mentors, we are gaining valuable skills and knowledge for our future. All profits from our muesli sales will go toward our education or to start our own business.
